PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment by Deposit to a Bank Account

You can pay for your order by making a deposit to one of the following accounts after the store first contacts you to inform you of the final amount of your order. This is done
because there may be differences in weighed products or in case of replacement of possible shortages, in which case the amount of the order may not be the exact final amount of your receipt

The amount charged to the kalavrytinos.gr account should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer.

Please quote your order number when making payment to avoid any delays. Please note that your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed. This can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank's process.
Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation (proof of deposit) by email to [email protected]!

2. Payment by cash on delivery

With the cash on delivery method we send you the products through a cooperating courier company and you pay the price at the time of receipt.
The cash on delivery service has an additional cost of €1.50.
The cash on delivery service is not available for orders with a value of more than €70 or if your order is sent by courier.
The cash on delivery service is available free of charge if the place of delivery is Sparta and your order is delivered with our own vehicle!

3. Payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card Online

kalavrytinos.gr offers you the possibility to make your purchases online via credit, debit or prepaid. In this option, the amount of your order will be automatically reserved, increased by 10%. This is done
because there may be differences in weighed products or in case of replacement of possible shortages, in which case the amount of the order may not be the exact final amount of your receipt. The final charge
is based on the final amount of the receipt and the resulting difference will be automatically released. kalavrytinos.gr is not responsible for actions and/or omissions of third parties and especially for possible delays or of any nature
technical problems during the settlement of transactions on behalf of the issuing Bank of your credit/debit card. You can use your card details safely because the payment process through
credit card processing is done through EDPS, so that we can be absolutely sure that there is no risk in your transaction. The payment process via credit cards is covered by the most
modern security specifications on the EDPS secure server (https://edps.gr/). kalavrytinos.gr does not store or have access to your credit card information.

4.Payment at Portable POS upon receipt

Kalavrytinos.gr allows you to pay with your credit or debit card upon receipt of your order.
This payment method is only available when the place of delivery is Sparta.

5. With Food Regulations

EDENRED's standard tickets (Ticket Restaurant Coupon) are accepted.

The ordinances must be delivered upon delivery of the order.
The value of the layouts will not be deducted from the total estimated order cost, but from the final payment amount.
Refunds or exchanges for cash are not possible.

Ticket Restaurant Cards with payment methods 3 & 4 are also accepted!
